However, we do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color or product detail will be accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
  • ‌Pricing:‌ All prices for products on the Site are listed in the currency displayed (e.g., Singapore Dollars) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping/handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  • ‌Product Use:‌ You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, and guidelines. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions for our products (e.g., exceeding the weight limit on adhesive hooks, improper use of magnetic hooks or vacuum storage bags).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HEARTHORY HOMEWARE PTE. LTD., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

‌11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution‌

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
