1. Order Processing Time
We strive to prepare your items for shipment as quickly as possible.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time) may be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Currently, we primarily ship within Singapore to ensure timely and reliable delivery. All domestic orders are fulfilled via trusted local courier partners.

3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Costs
We offer the following standard shipping options for Singapore deliveries:

Please Note:
- Estimated Delivery Times: These are estimates provided by our carriers and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we make every effort to ensure these timeframes are met, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier delays, public holidays).
- Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will typically make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, a pickup notice will be left. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions on the notice or contact the carrier to arrange for redelivery or pickup from a designated location. Additional fees may apply for rearranged deliveries.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size/weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this information to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Details & Requirements
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and contains all necessary information (e.g., unit number, building name, delivery instructions). We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Receiver: Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package. For larger items (such as the underbed storage drawers or hard shell storage box), it is recommended that an adult is present.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly advise you to inspect your package for any visible damage at the time of delivery before signing for it. If the package appears severely damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please note this with the delivery driver. If you accept a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours at steelrus@hearthoryhomeware.com with photos of the damaged package and contents.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Some of our larger or heavier items may have specific shipping restrictions, which will be indicated on the product page.
7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding 7 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will work with you to either reship the items (subject to stock) or provide a refund.
8. Order Changes, Cancellations & Combined Shipping
- Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at steelrus@hearthoryhomeware.com or call +65 68539051. We can only accommodate such requests if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- Combined Shipping: If you place multiple orders in a short period, please contact us promptly. We may be able to combine them into one shipment before they leave our warehouse, potentially saving on shipping costs. We cannot combine orders after they have been dispatched.
